I've managed talent and contributed to film, web and TV productions in the activist, design, and digital creator space. What connects each of these experiences is a mission-driven purpose to produce impactful, creative collaborations that can be shared with the world. 



In 2014, I launched a brand new YouTube channel called SmugMug Films. The goal was create premium, inspirational videos to raise SmugMug's brand awareness among consumers and press.

I already led SmugMug's Influencer Talent Marketing efforts and leveraged these relationships to create a branded web series that became SmugMug's greatest source of PR.

Responsibilities included: Statement of Work/Creative Brief creation, full lifecycle project management (cross-functional), creative direction, talent relations, research, copywriting, scheduling, licensing, editing feedback, QC, audience development, PR strategy, social media strategy, video performance analysis.

The Films team consisted of me and a cinematography/editor.

SmugMug is a subscription-based photo start up that works with millions of photographers and hosts billions of photos. 


Managed a portfolio of 200+ photography influencers.

Produced 24 videos featuring innovative and popular photographers.

Researched and remotely coordinated video shoots in 7 countries: Japan, Russia, Iceland, Norway, Italy, Norway, and the USA.  

Organically acquired ~39k YT channel subscribers.

Earned 2.7M+ views across YT and FB.

Received average of 98.6%  thumbs up.

Acquired millions of impressions across print and digital media, with coverage and links back to in Buzzfeed, CNN, Daily Mail, Huffington Post, Good Morning America, YahooBusiness InsiderBoing Boing, and more.

Featured select Films in global film festivals including the Banff Mountain Film Festival.

Created a digital asset management system in Google Drive to make collaboration across Video Production, Marketing, Design, Editorial and QC teams easier and more efficient.



Minted is the premier marketplace for luxurious, personalizable art, decor and stationery with $89.1 Million in funding. It sources designs through a crowdfunding model.

Responsibilities included: All product management related to mission-critical crowdsourcing technology, collaborating with CEO on community growth strategy, overseeing and executing community marketing strategy, writing and administering monthly design contests, leading and advocating for design community needs. 


Decreased response time of design crowdsourcing technology by 150%.

Paid $200k+ in designer commission.

Acquired thousands of designs from hundreds of designers in 40+ countries. 

Created, wrote, and managed 12+ design contests.



Do Something is a Millennial-focused non-profit organization that empowers teens to volunteer.

The Do Something Awards are the first and only televised award show for social change. It debuted primetime on national television on The CW Network before moving to VH1.

Responsibilities included: Corporate sponsor partner management, applicant recruitment, media planning, and event production for the Do Something Awards.


Recruited top activists and social entrepreneurs age 25 and gave out $100k+ in grants.

Managed cause-marketing partnerships with JetBlue, Pepsi, GameStop, and Doritos brand chips, featuring 23 young world-changers on 500 million bags nationwide.

Created $2+ million earned media campaign to promote the primetime, televised broadcast on The CW Network.
